No Open Bank portal is not an online bank but a Trust Management System between members of an association. The portal itself is also the gateway to acquiring and withdrawing the value of social credits to local currency. Open Bank portal is a borderless social finance service, by and only for the Foundation and its constituents, as described in the Article of Association: Open Constitution AI network. You can use the Open Bank portal to manage your Social Credits, Trust Keys from Trust Providers and Credit Grants from Open Treasury.
