Eine Institution oder Organisation kann sich für digitale Vermögenswerte und den Zugang zum Open Constitution AI-Netzwerk registrieren. Der E-Lease, den die Organisationen abonnieren, ist eine Tenancy. Die Tenancy aktiviert Ressourcen für Mitgliederkonten, die mit der Organisation im Open Constitution Network verbunden sind.
