Is my Vault secure?

Your Vault is part of a hybrid payment processing loop i.e open with restrictions on contributions and payouts.

Adding your own contributions to your Vault balance is unrestricted while Payouts are partially restricted. We do this to comply with Open Treasury protocols for Anti money laundering (AML) measures. Technically your vault is a community asset, and therefore access to Vault is a Trust based activity.
