# Nominee registrieren
Jedes Trust-Konto (unabhängig davon, ob das Konto von einer natürlichen Person oder einer Organisation von Personen verwendet wird) muss eine als Nominee registrierte natürliche Person zugeordnet haben.
Der registrierte Nominee ist die juristische Person, die der wirtschaftliche Eigentümer des Trust-Kontos ist und für die Kontobewegungen verantwortlich ist.
Dieser Schritt erfordert, dass Sie eine Nominee-Registrierungsgebühr zahlen und Ihre Identitätsmerkmale verifizieren.
